Flooré panel is very simple to mount and adapt to different wall building techniques. It can be screwed or glued to the substrate. The system has a big advantage since it will be installed like an ordinary underfloor heating system without any expensive and time consuming fitting works.
How to best design the installation depends on which wall cover and substrate conditions that is best used in the building. Commonly a plasterboard are used as a wall covering and then distance between support battens or steel profiles, wooden beams are chosen according to the recommendation from the plasterboard supplier.
Installation between support battens or steel profiles
The widths of the Flooré panels are easily cut to fit between support battens (or U-profiles of steel). Distances between profiles are designed according to the recommendation from the plasterboard supplier.
Installation on steel profiles or wooden beams
Distances between profiles are designed so that it fits with the length of Flooré panels and an extra line of profile is installed under the U-turns. Drawing examples can be given depending on which panel is used.
Installation directly to a wall
Flooré panel is very simple to mount directly to a wall. It can be screwed or glued to the substrate, this is recommended only if it is possible to screw the wall cover directly to the substrate.
